what a beautiful day it was. benj and i decided to go on a film date, we basically drove around in areas we’d never been and stopped whenever we saw something cool. like this old sign writing shop, and a park with nice bark trees and then to the huge grassy field. a very pleasant fun filled day with my fiance ;).

Sunday morning I filmed Brisbane City Church music practice for my documentary about church and “Relationship with Him” (which is my doco title). A 10 minute insight to the lives of Christians loving a real God and speaking about how they live their lives.

Missing cairns a bit tonight.. I miss its simplicities and beautiful surroundings that one should never take for granted. I miss how close everything is and that it only takes you 10mins to drive anywhere. I miss how I use to walk everywhere because I lived conveniently in the city. I miss my family who still lives in the apartment I use to sleep, eat, and live for free. No bills to pay, no debts to pay. I miss seeing trees all the time, wherever I went. But each visit now, I appreciate something new or something old I’d taken for granted about cairns. So super keen to visit soon, and where this tree is could possibly be the spot where I get hitched ;).

It is currently 4:41am, I’ve been here since 2pm the day before.. No sleep no sufficient food. Can’t wait to see this end product.. Can’t wait to sleeeeeeeeeeeeep.
